DeLoreanDMC-12

The car that made time a road.

Stainless gullwings, roaring flux, and one hard rule: never hit 88 without a destination.

The machine

Built in Belfast. Rewired in Hill Valley.

A brushed-steel sports car became cinema’s most famous time engine.

John DeLorean’s DMC-12 was already an oddity: unpainted stainless body, gullwing doors, rear-engine layout. Then Doc Brown bolted a plutonium-fed Flux Capacitor under the hood and turned a failed sports car into a legend.

From Twin Pines Mall to the Courthouse Square clock tower, every jump still starts the same way — lightning in the wires, tires screaming, and the future opening at eighty-eight.
